* Effective January 22, 2026, the Company combined its previously separate Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics for the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Financial Officers into a single, consolidated Code of Conduct. As part of this consolidation, the revised Code incorporates the ethical standards and reporting obligations previously applicable solely to senior officers, enhances and clarifies provisions relating to conflicts of interest, financial reporting and disclosure obligations, and reporting and enforcement mechanisms, and makes additional organizational and non-substantive conforming revisions.
